To receive assistance, you must complete the application form.

Complete the application form:

Fill out the entire form.
Include proof of your address and household income.
List all members of your household.

After completing your application, you will receive your
Digital ID card.

Please save your Digital ID card to bring to your appointment:

take a screenshot of the Digital ID card or
e-mail the Digital ID card to yourself

Please allow our Client Services team 3 business days to process your application.

After your application is processed, you will receive an email from our Client Services team (@arlingtoncharities.org) with a link to make your appointment.
